Help my sister with surgery costs

I am an older sister who grew up in the countryside. My father died when I was 19 years old and I am now 20 years old. then my mother died after giving birth to my sister exactly 1 year after my father died. and currently the backbone of the family is me, but God gave me a test with the serious illness of my youngest brother, a brain tumor or hydrocephalus… and I am just a casual laborer whose income is uncertain. I need help with hospital costs so that my sister can have surgery immediately so that her life can be saved. because I don’t know where to ask for help because my family is poor.
